How fast can you send a tow truck?

We dispatch from 11 depots across Australia, 8 of them in Victoria. In Melbourne metro our average response is under 30 minutes. A real dispatcher answers every call — no automated queues, no callbacks — and sends the nearest available truck. Greater Geelong is comparable thanks to our four Geelong-area depots.

Do you tow electric vehicles?

Yes. We run EV-safe flatbeds with insulated decks built for electric vehicles. As an Approved Tesla Collision Centre our drivers are trained in high-voltage handling and safe EV transport. That covers Tesla, XPeng, BYD, Polestar, Hyundai Ioniq and Kia EV models.

What areas do you cover?

Melbourne, Geelong and regional Victoria from depots at Maribyrnong, Bundoora, Werribee, Melton, Newtown, Geelong West, Geelong and Grovedale, plus Belmont in NSW and Miami and Ashmore in Queensland. We also run scheduled long-distance and interstate transport.

What is tilt tray towing?

A tilt tray truck lowers its entire deck to ground level so the vehicle rolls or winches straight on, with all four wheels off the road. Nothing drags and there is no wheel-lift stress on the drivetrain, which makes it the safest option for damaged cars, lowered and prestige vehicles, and anything that will not roll freely. It is our standard towing method.

What do you need to know when I call?

Three things: where you are, what the vehicle is, and what has happened to it. A cross street or landmark is enough if you are not sure of the address. Tell us if the car will not roll, if the wheels are locked, or if it is an electric vehicle — that determines which truck we send, and getting it right first time saves you a second wait.

Do you tow motorcycles?

Yes. Motorcycles go on the tilt tray deck and are strapped down rather than towed on their own wheels, so there is no load on the suspension or drivetrain. We also carry boats, trailers, caravans, forklifts, scissor lifts and light machinery.

What roadside assistance do you provide?

Jump starts, battery replacement, emergency fuel delivery and lockout assistance, alongside full breakdown recovery and towing. You do not need a membership or an annual subscription — call (03) 9317 8767 and we come to you, 24 hours a day across Melbourne and Geelong. If we cannot get you going at the roadside, the tow is handled by the same crew.

Can you tow straight to your workshop?

Yes. We are both a towing provider and one of Australia's largest collision repair groups, with 11 workshops. We tow your vehicle directly to the nearest WGBW workshop and our panel beaters begin repairs — removing the delay and cost of a second transport. We can also tow anywhere else you prefer.

Does insurance cover towing?

Most comprehensive policies in Australia include towing and emergency transport. We work with all major Australian insurers and can manage the towing claim on your behalf as part of your repair claim. Check your Product Disclosure Statement or call your insurer to confirm your cover.

What can you tow?

Cars, SUVs, vans, light trucks, boats, trailers, caravans, forklifts, scissor lifts, classic and lowered vehicles, motorcycles, rally cars and light machinery. Our fleet covers flatbed tilt-trays for standard vehicles, EV-safe insulated flatbeds, and heavy-duty multi-car carriers.

Do you tow at night and on weekends?

Yes. We run 24 hour towing every day of the year, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Call at 3am and a live dispatcher answers — not an answering service that rings you back later. Our depots are positioned so response times stay short even in the small hours when fewer trucks are on the road.

Can you tow my car to my home?

Yes. We deliver wherever you want the vehicle — your home, your own mechanic, a WGBW workshop, or any other address. You are never obliged to have the repair done with us just because we did the tow.

How much does towing cost?

It depends on where you are, how far the vehicle is going, and what type of vehicle it is. Call (03) 9317 8767 and the dispatcher will quote you before a truck is sent. If the tow is part of an insurance claim, it is often covered by your policy — we can check that with you on the call.
