It starts with your vehicle. Our tow trucks respond to accident scenes as accredited emergency responders, or if you simply don’t feel safe to continue driving, we can come to you wherever you are. We transport your vehicle safely to one of our repair facilities — no need to organise anything separately.
Once your car arrives, our team carries out a full assessment and works directly with your insurance company to receive authorisation to begin repairs. As an authorised repairer for major insurance companies, this process typically takes 2 to 4 days, which means we can get started on your repairs faster than most.
From there, we order your parts straight away and schedule repairs at a time that suits you. Throughout the entire repair process, we keep you informed with regular updates so you always know where things stand. And because we know life doesn’t stop just because your car is in the shop, we provide a replacement vehicle for the full duration of your repair.
